Minecraft server administration

A Minecraft permission manager built for the live server.

PermPilot turns permission administration into a conversation. Ask for a rank change, a permission search or a temporary group assignment from in-game chat or the server console.

Manage more than a single permission node

Good permission management involves users, groups, inheritance, weights, prefixes, contexts and expiry dates. PermPilot brings those pieces together through LuckPerms and can inspect the plugins installed on your Bukkit or Paper server to help identify declared permission nodes.

Examples of Minecraft permission tasks

/pp search permissions containing "teleport"
/pp give Alex a temporary VIP rank for 30 days
/pp make Moderator inherit from Builder

You can also ask whether a player has a permission, inspect group membership, create or edit tracks, promote and demote users, replace permission nodes across groups and review LuckPerms audit history.

Built for repeatable admin work

PermPilot protects the workflow with request concurrency controls, cancellation confirmation, session diagnostics, conversation reset commands and a configurable administrator kill switch. The AI model remains your choice: use an OpenAI-compatible cloud endpoint or a local model through Ollama, LM Studio, LocalAI or vLLM.

Requirements

Use LuckPerms 5.5+ on Paper, Purpur or Spigot with Java 21+. Minecraft 1.21+ is the minimum, including support for 26+ server versions. PermPilot is not a general-purpose replacement for every permission system; its current integration is specifically LuckPerms.
